Item Description
Large and impressive 33x48" poster for March 4, 1935 German art festival features stunning art by R. Feldmeyer of caricature devil masks for pre-Lenten costume ball. Poster bears "Chromo Lithographische Kunstanstalt A.G." mark, noting Munich, Germany printing. Right margin has tape backing w/matching tanning on front. Top margin has two 1" squares of aged tape on reverse (which bleeds through slightly onto front), each w/small tear. Small inked number at lower left. Poster is rolled and o/w remains bright and clean. Would display Exc. if framed.
