Item Description
Miniature 4x4x.25" thick hard rubber baseball home plate. Top of plate has embossed logo w/"SR" (Seamless Rubber) initials. Text below reads "Major League - Save-A-Leg Home Plate - Patented - Official - The Seamless Rubber Co. - New Haven, Conn." c. 1950s. Rubber has hardened over the decades and edges show some wear, w/some crazing and small chips/nicks along beveled edges. This does not affect top text. Fine/VF. Interesting sample.
