1.5" w/"Rudolph Lieberman Mfg. Co. Newark NJ" back paper. 1900. Benton McMillin won and served as Governor of TN until 1903. During his tenure he signed anti-child labor legislation into law. A life long devotee to the party, McMillin served as a Democratic elector in every election between 1876 and 1932. A choice example w/only faint surface wear in reflected light. NM displaying Mint.
