Lot of items relating to Alice Cooper's presentation of the "Favorite Artist - Heavy Metal/Hard Rock" award at the 1995 American Music Awards. Lot includes Cooper's personal "On Camera" laminate ID for the show (which is NM) as well as the actual award envelope opened on stage by Cooper (who was joined by Mary J. Blige) as presenters for this award (as seen in video clip). 5.75x8.5" tri-fold has pasted winner insert w/Nirvana listed as the winner. It is worth noting that the award was issued just over nine months after the death of Kurt Cobain. Some scattered rippling to winner insert but VF overall. Lot also includes 5.5x8-3/8" follow-up letter from Dick Clark, which has been personally signed w/Clark's first name in blue felt tip pen. NM. Unique lot. Comes with Hake's COA and Roger Epperson/REAL LOA.
