Item Description
William Hope "Coin" Harvey was an American lawyer, author, politician and noted proponent of bimetallism. He urged the use of silver as legal tender and influenced both the People's Party and Democratic Party in the 1890s. This 7/8" button naming Bastian on the curl as maker is from 1932 when he founded and became the nominee for president of the Liberty Party. Rare and first we've seen. Essentially Mint.
