1.25" w/no back paper as issued. Hebrew text on top rim. This pictures Chaim Weizmann, the first president of Israel (c. 1949) who died in 1952. Weizmann was instrumental in wooing President Harry S. Truman on issues of emigration and establishing the State of Israel. Minor surface wear seen only in reflected light. NM displaying Mint.
