Item Description
"Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House" is a 1948 comedy directed by H.C. Potter and starring Cary Grant, Myrna Loy and Melvyn Douglas. Offered here is 14x20" single-sided paper sign featuring images of Grant and Loy overlooking drawing of the titular "Dream House," which was offered for 35¢ and one Kellogg's All-Bran cereal box top. ©1948. Premium included full color scale model of the "Dream House," complete sketch plans, floor plans, elevations and interior suggestions as well as landscape chart floor. Sign has unused price blank at bottom right corner. Horizontal fold at center w/some scattered wear along fold line. VF. Comes w/sketch plans folder showing photos of the house from the film. Exc.
