3-5/8" tall large, heavy solid brass in glossy Mint luster and blue enamel. Reverse names maker Blackington and has serial number #267. See badges for Bush 1989 (item #444) and Clinton 1993 (item #445) used by the same Washington, DC policeman and with the same #267 serial number. Badge is dated 1985 at center with enamel text "Metro/Transit Police/Inauguration of the President". Mint.
