3-5/8" tall large, heavy solid matte finish brass with blue enamel inscription. Reverse names maker Blackington and has serial #267. See badges for Reagan and Clinton (items #443 & 445) owned by the same policeman and also with the same serial number. Badge is dated 1989 with enamel text "Metro/Transit Police/Inauguration of the President". Mint.
