1.75" button with back paper by Pittsburgh maker Trimble. Front center depicts cross surrounded by letters standing for Women Of The Ku Klux Klan. Rest of the text reads "We Are Here With Bells On/First Penna. Konvention/Saturday Aug. 9th 1924/Altoona, Pa." Collet holds narrow rwb ribbon suspending a working brass bell. Button is essentially Mint A very scarce single day event button.
