Item Description
Large and impressive 16x43.5" sign for 1942 premium campaign advertising series of punch-out warplane models that were issued one per box. 21 different examples are pictured and identified, including - "Wild Cat, Mosquito, Spitfire, Thunderbolt," etc. Scattered trace of wear along original fold lines (more moderate at left-most fold line) w/scattered margin wear including a number of small tears. A few small archival tape repairs on back. Appearance remains bright and clean and sign displays Fine. A must-have to display alongside your premium set. Rare and only the second example we've offered in our 50 years. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
