Item Description
First is 1.25" brass with rim hole as made. Front pictures Washington and reads "LAW 13th Annual Meet." Reverse shows "LAW" logo with surrounding text "Washington, D.C. July 18-20, 1892." Slight smoothing of the details on Washington's hair. While the organization was founded in 1880 this is one of the earliest dated pieces we've had for the group. Next is 2.25" tall brass and silvered brass badge with top bar reading "100 Miles", second bar reading "May 30 1897" and with suspended medallion having high relief brass portrait of William Penn surrounded by text "Penn Wheelmen Century Run/Phil". Some small tarnish traces. Last is 1.25" button with W&H back paper used only 1898-1900. Pictures the company logo and includes the slogan "Pierce/Tried And True." NM displaying Mint.
