Item Description
First is 1-7/8" diameter puzzle with a tin rim that has lost some of its luster but remains 100% intact. Underside has paper label advertising "Compliments Of Bloom's Shoe Dept./Koch's 476 Fulton St., Brooklyn, N.Y." Label is tanned but intact. In high relief is old woman wearing spectacles with the object to get three tiny white beads into her open mouth. Early 1900s. Fine. Second is a tin replica of a dice cup. The piece is 1.75" wide, 2-5/8" tall and 3/16" thick. One edge carries the word "Germany." Top front pictures three dice each with an open hole and when the piece is shaken and then tilted three actual dice show up in these open holes each having small indentations to represent the numbers one through six. Light paint wear on extreme edges and a little off the reverse but still in Fine condition. Only example we've seen. c. 1920.
