Item Description
Large and impressive 27.5x35" frame contains acrylic on canvas painting by legendary Fantasy/Sci-Fi and comic book artist Greg Hildebrandt. Art features fan-favorite Wolverine as his future self - Old Man Logan - as published as a variant (1 in 15 copies) cover for "Old Man Logan" Vol. 2 #5. Painted Sept. 2015. Hildebrandt's composition perfectly captures the essence of this post-apocalyptic storyline. This painting was the result of a series of sketches (see item #1458) Hildebrandt created to get the pose and lighting of the character just right. Art has been signed by Hildebrandt at bottom right and has been professionally matted and framed. NM and ready for display.
