6.5x9.5" artboard has ink and tempera art of Count Chocula at center, boy at top w/pipe and figural blow-powered car at bottom designed like the Count, c. early 1970s for a premium which was never produced. Word balloon from Count reads "Just Blow On The Front Wheel Turbo Drive - Set It Down On Floor Or Table And Away It Rolls!! Run 'Em And Race 'Em."
