See previous item #2172. 8-1/8x10.75" concept comic book w/thin paper attached to stiff paper front cover that has fully realized mixed media prototype original art of Reddy Power anthropomorphic battery as magician, pulling a rabbit out of a top hat; the rabbit then pulling another rabbit out of his top hat. Hand-lettered text lists "Magic Tricks - Thing To Make - Experiments - Games - Comics - Puzzles - Dots - Adventures" as features. 1950s. Inside front cover has "Introduction To Simple Magic - Slanted To Children, In Cartoon Form" handwritten text. Following pages have handwritten notations, some reading "Cartoon Of 'Reddy' The Magician" while another has "How To Recognize Ailments In Your Portable Radio" checklist. One page has clipped newsprint w/magic tricks has been pasted on page. Back cover has "RCA Ad - Imprint" handwritten text and is o/w blank. Some lt. aging/handling wear but VF/Exc. overall. Something truly unique for the comic book and comic art collector. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
