Item Description
13.75x23-7/8" thin sheet of paper has original mixed media prototype original art for sign promoting 1950s Canada Dry premium, showing Annie Oakley holding "Sheriff" button w/two children at right wearing clothing covered in buttons. Annie image is surrounded by several button images; including "Ranch Boss, Sharp Shooter, Roping Champ," as well as "Annie Oakley" target button. Some show more realized designs than others. Image of Canada Dry six-pack at right, including Annie Oakley button hanger around bottle. Canada Dry was a sponsor of the "Annie Oakley" TV show. Hand-lettered text notes - "Collect All 12!" as well as "Boys! Girls! I'm Annie Oakley - Get One Of My Metal Western Buttons Free Of Extra Cost When You Buy 6 Bottles Of Canada Dry." Art has a three  vertical creases and one horizontal crease at center, but these do not detract greatly. Upper left has some smudging, but this does not affect art images. Fine/VF overall. Unique. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
