Item Description
Single-sided 8.5x11" flyer features four batsymbols across top w/names of "Batman" TV show stars Adam West, Burt Ward, Julie Newmar and Yvonne Craig as well as their respective characters' names. Flyer served as an entry form to join Batman fan club w/slip at bottom for name/address and trivia question (mentioning Green Hornet). Unused. Reverse has been signed in black ink by Burt Ward (who added "Robin" character name), TV Batmobile designer George Barris (1925-2015; who added "To John" inscription and "Holy Batmobile"), Julie Newmar and Charlie Tuna (Arthur W. Ferguson, 1944-2016), a famous radio personality based in Los Angeles, CA (who added LA radio station KRLA callsign). Signatures were likely all obtained at the same 1970s LA event. Center left margin has .75" tear and flyer has some scattered handling wear. Fine/VF overall, but signatures all display Exc. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA COA.
