Item Description
See previous item #1. 1-1/16" brass with panchlet slightly less then perfectly round. Shows lion with crowing rooster on mound in the background. Dated 1795 with rim text quoted in our title. Tiny loss of the tops of the  letters of "Let". Smoothing of lion's head details. Opposite side "Tree Of Liberty" with four men hand in hand encircling the trunk. Smoothing of details above their heads. Side edge, with some letters incomplete, reads "Spence/Dealer (we believe)/London".  Nice luster. Fine.  Ted Watts Collection.
