Item Description
Original cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains complete seven-piece set by Ohio Art Co. 1930s. Generic box lid has edge wear and even aging. Complete w/die-cut insert, box remains tight and VF for display. Sets came in various configurations, this set has 2" tall teapot (featuring Minnie Mouse playing piano while Mickey Mouse dances) w/lid, two 2.5" dia. saucers (featuring Mickey and Minnie dancing), two 1-3/8" tall handled cups (featuring Minnie sitting w/cat on one side, Mickey w/Pluto on the other) and two 4-1/8" dia. plates (featuring Mickey and Minnie doing the dishes) w/"Helpmates - Mickey And Minnie" text. One teacup has slight bend to rim, but this appears to be a factory error as rest of set appears unused and Exc. overall.
