Item Description
Like the previous group, these are 1-5/8" long. The 60 pieces break into various sub groups as follows: six double blade knives with place names ranging from Disneyland to Philadelphia Zoo. The remaining items have a single blade. There are four related to Canada. There is one in brass picturing a bear on one side with text "Bear Mountain" on the opposite side. There are twelve with a moveable loop on the left hand side. These include Cornell University, Best Bakery, Habana. There is one knife at the bottom of row two with no loop. In row three are 14 with a loop on the right hand side plus four more with a moveable loop on the right hand side. These include restaurants, several service stations and Newton Mfg. Co. The last group of 18 each have a moveable loop on the left and the grips on these 18 pieces are more domed as compared to the flat grips on the preceding items. These include Swift's Canned Foods, United States Lines, Hunter Blended Whiskey (three), Scout, one in color with palm tree and reverse text "Fountain Of Youth", one with color accents related to "Kentucky", and the final item for "Four Roses" whiskey. About 15% have light wear with the other 85% Exc. to Mint. All c. 1930s-mid 1950s.
