8.5x11" magazine, "Newsdealer - The Business Paper For Publication Retailers." ©1946 Newsdealer Magazine, Inc. Publication features sales figures as well as promotional ideas/suggestions and features "That Dullard Family" comic showing family setting up racks in news/magazine shop. Magazine also features photos of store racks/displays, two including comic books, w/"Popeye, Prize Comics" and "Captain Marvel Jr." seen amongst a plethora of titles. Two-page spread lists comic books/prices, some of note including "Action Comics, Batman, Captain America, Captain Marvel Adventures, Detective Comics, Donald Duck, Flash Comics" and others. Pinch creases to spine, which shows wear. Fine overall. Great reference material for the comics historian. Limited distribution trade publication.
