c. 1991 Hasbro. Art of "Headman" for "Drug Elimination Force" figure presentation. 16x20" art board with ink and painted original artwork with amazing details. Unmarked but appears to match item #2002 concept art created by artist Kurt Groen, noted Hasbro artist. Used to further promote character for production. Figure is changed from concept style of super villain to more of a drug kingpin look. Lt. handling wear but displays Exc.
