c. 1991 Hasbro. Final card artwork of "Headman" for "Drug Elimination Force" figure. 16x20" art board with beautifully painted original artwork with amazing details and lighting. By artist Doug Hart, noted Hasbro artist. Used on production card for final action figure. Figure is changed further from concept styles to appear as a crazed drug fiend.
