Item Description
1.5" brass decoder has reverse brass pocket clip and a pair of overlapping plastic dials, one with letters and one with numbers for decoding purposes. Front has .5" diameter highly domed ruby red plastic disk held by four brass prongs. This is lifted to reveal a paper image of Captain Video flanked by lightening bolt accents. Letters and numerals on the plastic wheels, which are sometimes rather worn, remain clear and Exc. as is the brass luster and Capt. Video's image. A scarce premium from Power House Candy c. 1951. VF.
