Item Description
Lot of three painted plaster statues, all produced during the 1940s. Largest stands 15.5" tall and is depicted in yellow/red colors w/dark sparkle accents to cape, belt buckle and base. Some small scattered paint flakes and tiny chips, including .25" flake to bottom front edge of base which shows wear. Still displays VF overall. 15.25" tall statue is depicted in yellow/blue colors w/dark sparkle accents to cape, belt buckle and base. Underside of base has penciled "State Fair 1947" notation. Statue is aged w/some scattered dust soiling and minor paint flakes. Fine/VF. Smallest stands 13.5" tall and is depicted in orange/red and blue/black. Scattered paint flakes (more noticeable on back of cape) and general wear w/3/8" edge flake on front edge of base. Fine. An interesting variety trio. Franco Toscanini Collection.
