Item Description
Pair of 4x8.5" colorful blister cards each contain different flashlight units by Bantamlite, Inc. ©1966-1967. First features rare factory error w/2" dia. by .75" deep "Superman" plastic flashlight unit w/attached vinyl straps. Incorrect "Captain Astro" card is unpunched and price tab at upper right is intact, but has lt. handling wear w/some corner tip wear. Blister remains affixed, but has some areas of loosening, which has allowed some dust in. Fine/VF. Unit flashes three different colors by changing a small lever and as designed, can be tested as packaged although no longer lights. Scattered dust soiling and minor aging to sticker. VF. Second is "Superman Flip Flashlite," which measures 7/8x3" and features "Super Nite Glow" glow-in-the-dark feature. These were produced in red and blue. Unpunched card is bright and clean w/some corner creases. VF w/contents NM as packaged. Franco Toscanini Collection.
