Item Description
5.25x22" sheet of paper w/mixed media original art has been mounted to foamcore. Art features image of four advancing football players w/hand-lettered "Smoothness - Speed - Power" and "Route Of The Hiawathas" text. Football players were cut out and pasted to sheet, as was "Minnesota And The Milwaukee Road" hand-lettered banner at bottom. 1940s, but we are unsure if this art was ever made into an actual advertising sign. Some hand-lettered text has some paint flaking w/two 1" to 1.5" wide spots of staining from glue, but majority remains. Art is o/w clean and Fine overall.
