Item Description
10.5" long futuristically-designed painted aluminum gun by Longren Aircraft Company, ©1948 KFS. We have seen another version of this gun w/stamped "Budson Air-Ray Gun" name on cocking mechanism on top and plain aluminum nozzle rim (indicating that Longren likely took over production of this toy gun at some point), but this version is w/o either stamped text. 1-3/8" tall "Flash Gordon" portrait decal w/KFS copyright at top of nozzle is complete and shows no wear. Cocking mechanism moves up and down but rubber bladder inside has disintegrated and is missing and as such, gun no longer produces the strong blast of air it was designed to. Gun has scattered trace wear and is VF/Exc. overall.
