14x22" first printing poster sleeved by CGC, for Dec. 4-7, 1969 concerts that took place at Fillmore West in San Francisco, CA featuring Grateful Dead, Flock and Humble Pie. Poster design by Singer features image statue's face interspersed amongst red pills. Singer has signed at lower left of image area in silver paint pen.
