Item Description
12x14.5" frame w/9x11.75" opening. Print by "R. Magee" w/additional text at bottom "The Mexican Soldiers Marching Out And Surrendering Their Arms To Gen. Scott March 29th 1847." Scott is depicted on horseback w/sword drawn at bottom right w/the American flag flying in the background over the fortress walls. Period frame is missing its brass loop at top and moderate wear. Fine. Print has two vertical streaks of light brown toning otherwise only light overall age toning. VF.
