15x20" framed contains thin artboard that has been matted to 10x15" and shows well-dressed man walking w/suitcase and cane as shabby looking drunk saunters towards him, bottle in his raised hand, hand-lettered caption below reading "Hallelujah! I'm A Bum!" Art is by Lee Lorenz, a cartoonist notes for his work in "The New Yorker" magazine, where this cartoon was published as noted by "The New Yorker Magazine, Inc." label on back has 1974 copyright. Lorenz has signed at bottom right of art. Exc. display as professionally matted and framed.
