Item Description
3.5" as Hake #64 but this version has staple on the cardboard reverse holding 5.5" ribbon. Text names Pennsylvania group attending and perhaps participating in the inaugural parade. Ribbon has one light crease and narrow line of gold color loss above end of word "Inauguration". The button, by Phila. Badge, has some very light and typical surface scratches that show only in reflected light. Rare in this form. Full gloss. VF.
