Item Description
19.5x21.5x5.5" deep cardboard shipping carton w/original "Van Dam" packing tape opens to assemble sectioned store display featuring six openings for different thin, plastic "Fabulous Face Masks - Just Arrived From France" by Van Dam Overseas, Inc. 1960s. Box/display has large price (39¢) in pen in provided blank area but o/w shows little wear and is Exc. w/some original packing paper. Display contains total of 12 masks in seven different designs, some w/original "Made In France For Van Dam - .39" stickers on interiors as masks were to be sold individually. Mask designs include - winking man w/lipstick kisses (2), sheik (1), bandaged accident victim (1; w/1/8" and 3/8" cracks at nostrils), woman w/bob haircut (2; one w/1" crack below ear), mustachioed man w/eye patch (3), smoking woman w/raised eyebrow (1) and monstrous man wearing glasses w/fake hair attached (2). Aside from mentioned defects to two masks, all others are NM w/no cracks/dents and w/original strings attached. Old store stock. A very neat display.
