Item Description
This is Donald's first portrait button to promote his own character and it dates from 1935. 1.25" with reverse back paper picturing Mickey along with "Walt Disney Enterprises" and the remaining text naming Disney's licensing agent "Kay Kamen." Button has wonderful image of the earliest and longest-billed Donald and the bottom edge includes "©Walt Disney Enterprises". A wonderful example with only the most minimal traces of surface wear barely detectable in reflected light. High gloss and NM displaying Mint. Our last exceeded $250.
