Item Description
1.75" diameter by .5" thick all celluloid with interior holding 36" long cloth tape although the small tin pull and about .25" of the cloth is missing from the end. The celluloid remains spectacular with one side showing Miss Liberty plus an  eagle against background depicting the Eastern U.S. and the recently acquired territory surrounded by text "Louisiana Purchase Exposition 1904/St. Louis, U.S.A." On the opposite side another female figure appears. She wears a white gown revealing a bare shoulder and she wears a liberty cap accented by five stars. Surrounding are nationality symbols representing 16 different nations of the world along with an rwb shield super imposed over her chest. Magnificent color with the celluloid in essentially Mint condition. "Balto. Badge & Novelty Co. Balto. Md" maker on curl. Rare.
