1-3/4x3-3/8" badge. High relief hanger featuring the PA coat of arms suspending a ribbon w/enamel keystone shaped medallion reading "Pennsylvania Hoover Curtis Inauguration March 1929." Original card has total horizontal separation repaired w/archival tape. Badge is in outstanding choice condition and was likely never used. NM displaying Mint. Ron Koot Collection.
