Item Description
3.5" dia., 5.5" tall hollow white cast metal shows nine famous KFS characters including Krazy Kat, Jiggs, Maggie, Barney Google, Pa from Polly and Her Pals, Abie the Agent, Hans from the Captain And The Kids, Spark Plug and we believe Jerry On The Job. Front of base has raised "King Feature Syndicate 1926" text/date. This is variety marked "American Artworks Coshocton, Ohio" on back of base, not Polar Lark. This non Polar Lark version was most likely given out by KFS to newspaper editors. Some general wear to silver luster w/patina. Fine overall. Great design w/nice likenesses.
