Item Description
Pair of die-cut cardboard standees, each approx. 19.75x20.25". c. 1930s. Standees feature nice baseball theme w/boy player running w/bat, word balloon reading "Ice Cream Dixies Will Make A Big Hit With You Too!" and girl umpire wearing "Ump" pillow secured w/belt having word balloon that reads "You're Safe With Ice Cream Dixies!" Both are complete w/cardboard easel backs. Boy player has crease at tip of bat w/surface paper break and all over scattered age spotting. Fine. Girl umpire has less age spotting and is VF. Rare pair and first we've offered together as a set. Nice for display.
