Item Description
11x17" Marvel Comics artboard has Joe Quesada's pen and ink original art for cover of "The Punisher" Vol. 2 #56, published by Marvel Dec. 1991. Inked by Jimmy Palmiotti. Quesada's art features a bandaged and bloody Punisher escaping from prison, w/large skull appearing over prison in bkg. "The Punisher" and "The Final Day" subtitle are stat paste-overs, as are publishing indicia, "Part Four Of Seven: Prison!" chapter title and area for UPC code. Both Quesada and Palmiotti have signed art. Scattered lt. handling wear w/.75" tear at bottom right corner and staple holes along margins. Art remains clean and Exc.
