Item Description
22x28.5" thin cardboard poster for one-day only "Hot From Harlem" burlesque show put on at the Shore Theatre of Milford, DE on Sept. 16, 1957. Poster was printed by Posters Inc. and features photo images of three African-American burlesque performers, advertised as "Brown Skin Beauties That Are A Treat!" Sign also promotes show as "Newer Than New - Dancing That Sizzles - Excitable Music" and "Hotter Than Hot!!!" Poster has some moisture staining along bottom margin and has some faint scattered moisture staining at top center and more moderate staining along left margin. Pinholes at corners and across top margin. VG overall, but would frame for a nice display. Rare.
