Item Description
Lot of three high quality 8x10" photos, two of which show NASA astronaut Richard F. Gordon Jr. in both his Gemini 11 and Apollo 12 spacesuits. Other photo shows the Apollo 12 Command Module (piloted by Gordon) above the lunar surface. Gordon was one of the third group of astronauts, named by NASA in Oct. 1963 and he is one of only 24 people to have flown to the Moon. Gemini photo has been signed in blue felt tip pen, w/Gordon adding "Gemini XI" mission name. Apollo photos have been signed in black felt tip pen and silver paint pen, both w/added "Apollo XII" mission names. Command Module photo has some handling wear at top and is Exc. while others are NM. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA COAs.
