9-1/8x12x3.25" deep ornate frame pen and ink original art w/watercoloring featuring Little Orphan Annie and Sandy w/balloon caption "Leapin' Lizards! Didja Realize How Far Ahead O' Us Virginia Donaldson Is Getting? I S'pose That's 'Cause She Has Birthdays - - - Eh Sandy?" to which Sandy responds "Arf!" Additional hand-lettered text at bottom reads "Congratulations From Annie And Sandy And The Grays - May 23, 1943." Art is by "Little Orphan Annie" creator Harold Gray (1894-1968). Art is Exc.
