14x22" thin cardboard poster for Sept. 6, 1959 concert that took place at the KRNY Theater in Des Moines, IA featuring Grand Ole Opry stars George Morgan, Little Jimmy Dickens, Margie Singleton, Red Sovine, Tennessee Valley Boys, Carl Belew, Connie Hall and Carl Perkins, a singer-songwriter who recorded most notably at Sun Studio, in Memphis, TN (beginning in 1954), best-known for his song "Blue Suede Shoes." Poster was printed by Central Show Printing Co., Inc. of Mason City, IA. Poster has some tanning to margins. Upper left margin has some lt. wear but is o/w VF/Exc. Rare.
