Item Description
Original Ingersoll cardboard box marked on both narrow end panels "Ingersoll No. 510 Deal" contains 8.5x11" die-cut cardboard countertop display w/easel back. Box shows moderate wear w/some tape repairs to splits at each corner of box/lid and side panel tears. Large inked price in marker on lid, VG. Display is complete w/die-cut cardboard insert/cover. Standee display depicts over-sized image of one of the Mickey Mouse rings. Complete w/ten sterling silver rings w/adjustable bands. Display notes retail price of $1.50 apiece. These same rings were also issued w/watch sets, c. 1948. Rings came w/two different style tops/bands, either square or round. This display holds three square and two round designs of both Mickey and Donald Duck rings. All are variety w/luminous material on bkg., although as is typical, this has aged/evaporated so none glow. However, paint on the raised figures nearly 100% complete and bands have bright luster w/some lt. wear. VF overall. Display has crease across ring area but is o/w unused. Fine/VF. Great piece for display.
