Item Description
One of the rarest Buck Rogers premiums was first issued by Cream of Wheat in 1936. That version had "Wilma" on front panel and her signature on reverse. This is the equally rare 1" dia. newspaper premium brass pendant w/loop top offered 1940-1942 w/o name/signature. Reverse reads "To My Pal In The Solar Scouts." Complete w/original chain as issued. The Buck Rogers 1936 manual mentions the pendant's star and crescent moon design flanking Wilma's portrait represent the good luck symbol of the Solar Scouts. Superb, high grade example w/full, bright luster. As nice as any we've seen in our 51 years. Mint. Robert M. Overstreet Collection.
