Item Description
4.5x6.25" flush mounted photograph featuring 27 figures each wearing a large ribbon on their lapel. A 1/8x.75" vertical blot of white paint at top right and surface paper loss at corners. VG. Strong served as mayor from 1895-1897 and was responsible for appointing Theodore Roosevelt as Police Commissioner.
