Item Description
The Everett ferro is 1-1/8" (30mm) and DeWitt 1860-24 but DeWitt lists it with metal frames or red composition and did not know of this black compo example. The Bell ferro is missing but the Everett ferro is essentially Mint. The medal has portraits of Everett and Washington with each man's name and birth date. Each side includes die cutter's name "Merriam". About 80% silver luster remains. VF.
