Item Description
7" cardboard picturing the Capitol holds 6 brass rimmed deep sepia real photos on cardboard with brass lapel stud reverse. The cutouts to hold the studs to the card are loose at one end (3), missing (2) or still intact (1). The studs, unlisted in Hake, are Exc. to Mint. The card has light dust soil but is a rare survivor.
