Item Description
19x22-7/8" frame holds wonderful mixed media original art cover recreation for "All Star Comics" #33 (see item #1369 for more information) by the original cover artist - Irwin Hasen (1918-2015). Art has been professionally double-matted to 13.25x18.5" and display consists of tertiary inner "frame" that has 3.25" top margin painted to resemble to title of the original comic book (though w/Solomon Grundy's head no longer intruding into it) w/13x15.25" opening w/ink and charcoal cover art recreation showing slightly different main image w/majority of text removed w/exception of "The Revenge Of Solomon Grundy" cover story title at lower right. Hasen has signed his last name below Green Lantern's feet. Exc. Dan Makara Collection.
